Operations Lists

Many Improvements: - new function of Creation: you can create operations Lists from 0, no machining are necessary, simply add operations one after another in the opelist editor, - the menus are updated for more simplicity, - new function to edit and modify an opelist applied on a part, - the references are modified: if 2 pockets cycles are applied on 2 different profiles, the opelist offers 2 different profiles (instead of 1 before) - improvements of the automatic references

Milling

Workplanes Behaviour: In this version, in the selection of machining cycles, it is possible to select geometries which are not designed in the machining plane. On the example on the right, the pocket is designed on the slope face but the machining is done in the reference plane.

New Cycle: Deep Drilling and Clevis 2 modes are offered in this cycle: - Deep drilling mode: machining of long holes with feedrate reduction at the intersections with other holes. - Clevis mode: machining of coaxial holes with acceleration between holes and stock management.

New function: Open Solid of Revolution (X_T) This function has several integrated and automatic functions: - import of the part (X_T files only) - automatic positioning on the turning plane according to the revolution axis of the part - automatic creation of the 2D silhouette necessary for machining |

Toolpath Simulation: - display of components: machine frame, turrets, steady rest etc., - display of turning and milling solid toolholders, - spindle and jaws turn in the real direction, - management of shims thickness and tightening points of jaws, - improvement of display and dialogue bar. |
